Automatic garment bagging
The automatic garment bagging machine can be a stand-alone unit or integrated into a sorting and assembly system. It is a very versatile machine: the IN and OUT lines are height-adjustable to facilitate the flow of garments to be bagged or stored. Moreover, it is compatible with different spool widths and film thicknesses, including eco-friendly film.
It can bag up to 600 pieces per hour (individually or in groups) and takes up very little space.
Maintenance is simple: this is the only machine with a mechanism that lowers the head to operator height, thus facilitating spool replacement and periodic cleaning of heating elements.
It is the only such unit to have the labeling step integrated directly into the bagging process, an enormous advantage as everything is done in a single step. The labeling machine can be installed in the bagging machine head, and it too reaps the benefits of the lowering mechanism.
