The CWD-D carries out cleaning and disinfection process in a closed cabin, ensuring a real barrier wall application. The double-walled, insulated machine housing is made of stainless steel and provides low heat radiation and noise emission. The fine surface polish of the stainless steel wing-doors and the
complete inflatable door seals achieve today’s hygienic demands. Alternating up and down moving nozzle system on the right and left side reaches all trolley areas for cleaning process. The washing and disinfection tunnel can be laid out exactly to suit specific needs as to lengths and versions.

Our custom-made Porta systems are ideal for processing laundry trolleys, transport carts, containers and wheeled shelves. Depending on its equipment, the process includes soaking, washing, rinsing, steaming, chemical disinfection and vapour exhaust in optimal sequence.
