• When a single system processes many hanging garments for different customers, they must then be sorted in accordance with specific requests from the customer. An Automatic Sorter can be used for this type of operation. Starting from a large quantity of mixed garments, this unit can sort them into batches, applying different levels of automation and running multiple steps in cascade.
• This sorting system processes garments that have been washed, ironed and passed quality control and must now be separated for pick-up.
• The sorted garments occupy the various lines of the Automatic Sorter; depending on their size, a single line can accommodate one or more customer batches. The system has devices for automatic loading and unloading; therefore it operates unmanned, greatly reducing the possibility of error.
