• One Touch Assembly is a garment assembly system and bagging machine. It takes its name from the fact that the operator touches the garments only once, when loading them. Several operators can load the garments hanging in the free slots, the software then matches each item with its slot and independently assembles the orders. As soon as an order is complete, an arm picks up the garments which are then bagged and labeled. The order ready for delivery is placed on a dispatch conveyor from which it can be unloaded following the logic behind the customer’s request.
  One Touch Assembly is the ideal solution for dry cleaners that process at least 800-1,000 items a day. By engaging several operators in loading and several unloading arms, it is possible to process over 7,500 items in 8 hours and thus achieve significant savings in time and labor. In addition, the high degree of automation simplifies new staff training and turnover management.
