• Laundry Sorting System is a dispatch conveyor for dry cleaning machine able to temporarily store all the items processed by a system and pick them up as needed, sorting them to reflect a customer’s order output requirements: in a certain sequence, grouping several garments together, etc. The customized sequences may depend on several variables, such as intended use of the garments (sale or work) or methods used on-site for delivery (automated or manual).
  The storage conveyor loop structure and the fact that garments can be picked up even while the conveyor is running, make it possible to set up several pick-up points within the system, thus reducing times and costs. Furthermore, Dispatch keeps track of the items picked up and updates the inventory of items still in stock in real time. It is suitable when high storage capacity, tidiness and fast pick-up are required.
